Default Best I/E/H

Well here's where I'm at. I got an 08 civic si stock and my friend got a 06 RSX Type-S with headers, axle-back exhaust *gonna upgrade to catback*, and an intake. Does anyone know what the best I/E/H is for the civic si. The ones that give you the most hp boost. And whats a reflash i hear peopel talking about it but i dont know what it is. THanks for the help. Im an uber noob.

For future reference search before yoiu ask questions; Point is...

There are many combos for power but if you want good you have to pay up. Hondata does the reflash and it is most effective when combined with mods. If I were to buy a header I would buy the one Hy-tech makes and I would get neuspeed exhaust but thats me. Injen makes the best intake, nothing AEM makes for our cars is worth your time IMHO. Oh and if you want a header now you can buy my DC race header for $225

I don't think I'm going to do reflash. From what I heard if you get intake, exhaust, and a header it'll put too much air in your engine and could mess it up later on.
