1) Why do you want to add them?

2) $150 can go a long ways towards other stuff (suspension, etc)

3) if you had to get them i guess oil press, oil temp, volt, air/fuel?

pointless really , i'd suggest not buying them

lol if you're polling I'll guarantee it'll be a landslide of "No's"

Do what you want with your car, but with your mods (minimal) there isn't a point to having gauges in a pod.

stock as possible + latest maintenence = best bang for resale

mods rarely increase the value of a car

but with the loud exhaust i put in its not so STOCK anymore so instead of having to remove that i just went ahead and bought some body kit wight some halo front lights and dark black rear lights. I am kind of stuck with it and the only way i might be able to squeeze a bit out of it is make it look a bit sporty .. i do go to colg u know lol there might be a lil *** like me to spend some extra dollars .. i dono .. wat you say?

You really dont need them. Realistically, there is no reason why you would need to monitor most of those on a relatively stock car.

Rice doesn't sell like it used too. Your not going to add $1000's buy adding $100 worth of rice. Maybe a YD&FC kid might get sucked into a race looking, no power car. Other than that you'll have a hard time even getting your money back on the body kit. I wouldn't bother adding any more no go goodies. Just do a tune up make sure it runs good and sell it at a loss.

So that's another NO for your poll.

if ur not pushing major power, gauges are pretty much pointless imo. the stock cluster is enough info for the stock motor.

sorry but this is another NO in the poll, and my suggestion is what ghost accord suggested >>> take the $150+ you would be spending on guages and put it toward some maintnce on that bia.

Look at this way:

97 Honda Accord stock (probably $3000 low end)

H22 ($2000 ish)

Suspension ($1000ish)

Wheels/Tires ($500-800ish)

Misc Labor/parts ($1500ish)

etc

There's a person selling his H22 powered accord in good condition for 5000 and not getting much bite wise. The mods are probably easily over 10k once all added up. I just guesstimated those up there. Mods are always a loss.

your best bet is to probably remove all the aftermarket parts, replace it with stock parts and sell the car separately from the aftermarket parts. You'll see more money that way, otherwise those aftermarket parts aren't going to do much for the resale of the car.

as for the gauges, no....
