these # are actually 10% lower compared to dynojet,so the car is really making around 500hp so i dont think the intake manifold is hurting at all. we talking about 15psi here with a 3mm headgasket. i think the intake manifold is helping alot.

While it would require a slight retune since you've tuned the car to your homemade IM, I'd try swapping out the homemade IM with the OEM and retune. It appears the plenum on your IM is larger which might hurt throttle response but you're making over 400hp so who cares.

TRICK ENGINEERING? My God! I dynoed my prelude there twice.. never saw much of their work on line but they are indeed great tuners. I had a big turbo prelude project going under Jeff's supervision, but I had to cancel because I moved to CA
I now have an S2000 too.. funny enough I autocrossed a lovefab setup today and loved it! Good luck and tell them that crazy idiot who was going to turbo a prelude Si with an evoIII16g from boston said hi lol

I also dyno'd my car on a dynomite, and the numbers were somewhat low compared to others. may i ask you who told you this ? couldnt find much searching around.

i made 307hp and 235tq @ 14 psi with the ultimate racing kit + 3mm headgasket on the dynamite dyno and then i dynoed on a dyno jet and it made 336hp and 242tq so it's about 10% lower. a few people told me the same but i'm not sure if it's true.
