Default Converted to rear disc. Leaking at prop valve. Any ideas?

Back in August, I converted my 98 EX Coupe from rear drum to GSR rear disc. Along with the rear discs, I also installed Goodridge steel braided lines, a 1" master cylinder, and as far as I know, an Si proportioning valve. (the proportioning valve was picked up from a junk yard, but the guy wasnt sure if it was an Si or all wheel disc CRV). The system is filled with Motul RBF 600.

Noticing the fluid level low, I found a leak at the proportioning valve, at line #1 and #5 (#1 being the furthest left, aprox. 11 o' clock, and moving clockwise, and #5 being at aprox. 4 o' clock). Both of these lines are the ones connected to the master cylinder. All of the hard lines are still the stock originals, and tightened to the point that they feel like they wrench will start rounding off the bolt if tightened any more.

I am looking for any insight or suggestions to a possible remedy.

Thanks.
