I've been look to install an oil pressure gauge on my 97LS. I've done some research and it turns out that I want to mount the tee and sending unit on my firewall. My question is how do I set it up? After looking through various threads as well as theoldone.com, I think I got how it should be setup.
Block > 1/8 BSPT Male to 1/8 NPT Female > Stainless Steel Hose (Or nylon, haven't decided) > 1/8 threaded tee, all female connectors > 1/8 NPT male to 1/8 BSPT female for stock switch > Hose to sending unit which is 1/8th male from the looks of it.
Is this right? If so, where can I get the fittings? Summit online has a 1/8 BPST Male to 1/8 NPT Female for $13.99 but that seems kind of high as well as tee fittings.
