Default Disk not aligned

One of my disk does not seem to be perfectly aligned in some way so when the the wheel turns fast, the wheel vibrates a bit. I removed the disk and cleaned everything. The disk is only a year old and I don't think it's damages. Anyone know?

Thanks

The wheel bearing is more likely candidate. If it were the disk it would vibrate, shimmy or shake during braking.

i've had it where a frozen caliper was clamped down on a warped rotor and shook the steering wheel constantly, even if your rotors are less than a year old they could be warped too...
