abs light on, hazards & brake lights not working.

abs light on, hazards & brake lights not working.
I have a 2001 Civic EX and the abs light is on. The code is a 54-1 Fail-safe relay failure. I noticed afterward that my hazard lights and my brake lights no longer work. I've checked the fuses and all seems ok. Is this all connected somehow? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

after looking into it a little further I have also noticed that my horn and cruise control also no longer work. I am sure it is all connected somehow but I cannot figure out why. The fuses are not blown but I am not getting power to them. I really need help because this is my daily driver and it is very unsafe to drive without brake lights, horn, etc. PLEASE HELP!!!
