has anybody been to the track with Dunlop sp9000 tires?
say for a track such as Limerock or VIR
Will they hold up?
i have these right now and they are only two mos old...so no AZENIS leghumpers
just trying to find out if i can go on the track with them for now...

Yep, been there and done that. They're not cheap, but are awesome street/track tires. They ran great in the wet and dry

and Ed, i didn't have a choice, they came with the kaa, brand new...

 

They held up great, Marc. I honestly would NOT purchase another set due to the cost, but they are nice tires and perform well for a street/track combo

Hmmmm.... looks like there is not much rubber touching the road surface....

 

don't let the appearance fool you...they are excellent on the street
i just didn't know how they would do on the track...

 

A thing that "could" happen is that those narrow rubber 'fins' in the middle will chunk and let loose under high temp at the track....
