i got an 88 crx hf given to me a year back. its been pretty much sitting. the person sed it was running awesome and it jus died. i checked evrything and there is spark but absolutely no fuel pressure. main relay is fine so im thinkin fuel pump??? i ripped a fuel pump out of a spare parts car today and im putting it in tommorow. does it sound like fuel pump??? thx guys

 

Sounds like it. Replace it and post back.

 

i replaced the fuel pump and that was it. i tested the old one and it was junk. put the new one and the car started. the problem.... it is running on 2 cylinders. the two on the right are getting gas. the two on the left are getting absolutely no gas. do u think the injectors are stuck??? remember its been sitting for a year.... thx guys

 

probally stuck i jectors like you said. happened to me take them out dip them in fuel injector cleaner and lket them sit for a while. did it to mine and worked good

 

alright. u should see this thing. it is being built from nothing pretty much. i raced a crx at a race track and stole tons of parts from it. i jus want to get it goin again and doin sum beating around wit it maybe sell it for a race car or sumthin. for how long it set, the body is mint!!!! couple small spots of rust. alright ill do that with the injectors and get back at you. thx man

Careful with the bumps man, mods dont care for it......any info on your injectors?

 

will soaking them in fuel injector cleaner unstick them for sure?? is there anything else i can do to help get them unstuck?? also how do u get them out, the injectors, do they just pull them out do they screw out??? thx guys
