hey i have a jdm b16 and just got me a new distributor and it didnt line up right....they told me i need to get a jdm distributor from ebay or something...i got a dist for a 94 honda del sol dohc since my b16 is a 94....does anybody have an idea of what distributor exactly fits?? they also told me the gsr might be too big for it...help please

the distributor i bought did not line up wright with the base...only one bolt will be able to fit in it, the other 2 would not fit...the dist seemed to have the legs too far apart

 

cause you have the wrong dizzy. what car did the jdm motor come out of? that will give you an idea on what dizzy you need to search for

 

cuz im thinkin they sold u the dizzy from a sohc vtec del sol dizzy Part # TD-42u instead of the Dohc vtec del sol si dizzy part # Td-44u

 

I already returned the dizzy and he told me the part number but i forgot, dunno if its the td44 or td42, i see jdm dizzys online but right on the picture they have the same part numbers as the auto parts down here, if they have the same part numbers, shouldnt they be the same thing? I dont have the exact idea what car the motor came out of

 

A gsr dizzy actually fitted perfectly,...car running now, thanks guys..
