Default Clutch engaging point

Hey guys,
Just wanted to see if it's possible to change when the clutch engages. Right now my clutch engages pretty high up on my clutch pedal. I THINK that it's because of the shortness of the clutch cable.

The additional info on my car is that it's a CRX with a B18C, with the cable-hydro conversion piece.

Any thoughts on this would be appreciated. Thanks guys

Adjust the freeplay on the cable by adjusting the nut mounted on tranny ground bracket.
