I have a 92 eg hatch with a 95 D16Z6 motor. When I turn the key to the "on" position and the fuel pump is priming, the check engine light doesn't come on. Isn't it supposed to come on and then go off?
Does that mean my check engine light is disabled?

 

If your car run's fine...means the ecu is ok.

You probably just need to replace the bulb.
