Default Single Cam in a DB1

you guys think putting in a single cam in a 90-93 4 door will move it for a while?

sure why not its gonna be a lil slower but hey the civics are about the same weight of ur teg and ive seen single cams being put in dc2 i dont no why but its been done and no problems from what i herd...

Yeah, 400lbs is pretty much the same weight.

There are JDM integras with single slammers. The only civics that weigh 400lbs less than an integra are hatches. Otherwise coupes/sedans are only about ~100lbs lighter which isnt really noticable at all. A D series should weigh a bit less than a B series too Id imagine.

Youll be fine its a great way to get around if you dont have much money BUT if you could fork out just a few hundred more you should be able to manage an LS swap in there.

How did I get owned when he openly admitted that the hatches weigh that much less than a teg? Hell, even the coupes on avg weigh from 100-200 lbs less. Calm down, this isn't counter strike.

there are tons of cheap b16's and even b18's out there from ls's just save up a little more and get the dohc. Unless you don't plan on modding your car at all.

Haha, yeah i told this to a guy that was doin a single cam into a DC, get a B20b instead. They are cheap and already B series, you don't have to convert everythin like you do in the D series.
