Default Koni Yellows on Civic Skunk Coils - Will GC's Improve my Ride?

THe Skunks are 450f/350r and the car is a DD - 93 Civic hatch. I like the ride but since I just bought Koni's to replace my KYB's (not AGX), I thought of getting GC's with the same or similar rates. Is it worth it?

So both Skunks and GC's are Progrssive springs and there won't be a difference in ride quality?

both springs are LINEAR.

And you can't install skunk2 coil overs on koni yellows correctly. the only 2 ways i know are Ground Control or Koni's sleeve

WOW! Good looking out - I totally forgot about that...

I know I need special GC's for the Konis and didn't think about that with the Skunks.

So I guess I'll be buying the GCs. Do you think I should keep the Skunks spring rates which I like or change them with the GC's? I was sorta leaning towards 400f/350r with the GCs...

380 front comes in the standard GC kit for Integras, so 400 should be good. I think the standard Integra kit is under 300 in the back, so 350 will be a touch harder but not too bad.

I rode on 380/450 and it was pretty harsh. I sold them after about a year. If I were to do it again I'd probably go 380 or 400 up front and 300 in back.
