howdy. well the cable came undone/loose from the latch so when you pull on the hood release the hood doesnt open. but how do u open the hood or get it released so you can attached the cable back on?

you need to pull the wheel well protector off to replace the hood release cable

 

no the cable isnt loose from there its loose/came off from the latch it self. in the front of the car.

 

dam! That sounds like a tough one. Not something I would want to find the answer of on the internet though, or to see it posted up on here.
I would take it to a few mechanics and even to Honda to ask them how to get it fixed.

 

U would prolly have to styck ya arm thru da grill, or up under the bumper.

this is exactly right, gotta get a hold of the cable close to the latch, and yank on it to pop the latch.
