Default Fuel Rail and Injectors

How much of a difference would I notice if I put a high volume fuel rail and venom injectors on my D16Y7?

0. Do some reading about how engines work and make power and you'll understand why.

Prolly not much without a adjustable fuel pressure regulator. Also a high volume file pump. But then u gotta get into engine management and stuff. without any other mods like a supercharger or a turbo I think you would be better off spending your money on something else that will more than likely give you more power. Intake, exhaust, header, high flow cat, pulleys, ext

I have intake, headers, and exhaust already and I don't have enough money for a turbo or supercharger so I'm looking for a cheap way to improve horsepower mainly for auto-crossing.

If it's autocrossing you're doing, it's not power that's really going to help you. Reducing vehicle weight will help a great deal and make the car faster/more responsive. Tuning your cars suspension will help make you faster and PRACTICE will make the most difference.

You're not going to get much more power out of that D16Y7. It's built strictly for fuel economy, not power. You should just save your money for a future swap. But your question has already been answered. A high volume fuel rail and new injectors will give you goose egg...

more fuel without more air to accompany it does nothing but drain your gas faster

I have lowering springs and a strut tower bar but this is also my daily driver. I really want to get some more power for when I go on the interstate because I always have to downshift but it'd be really nice to have the extra power for auto-crossing. If I'm not going to get any more power out of my engine then I might have to just save up for a turbo.
