help with headlights!

I just got the black type r headlights and went to a garage to get them installed. i didnt feel like taking the bumper off so they did it all for me. Anyway, i realized after i got home that the 2 side orange lights dont turn on at all. When i turn my parking lights on they used to come on, now they dont. Only the small circle light comes on when i turn my parking lights on. Any ideas what could have went wrong? I highly doubt they both blew.

check your wiring. maybe they forgot to plug something back up or didn't do it correctly.
