Umm...nothing.

From what I hear it's hard to do swaps in CA cause of SMOG. Even things like an intake need that CARB sticker, right?

You can do a swap, but that's about it.

You would have to have it pass inspection or whatever you californians call it and I've been told that's a bitch and a half. You have to have EVERYTHING related to the motor and emissions installed in your car.

The B18A1 is out of 90-91 integras. This is one of the easiest swaps out there especially if you have an Si, Hf, or an EX. If you don't, then you need to wire for multi-point. That's it, plus it will pass smog, my friend had one in his dx he had to rewire it to multi point and he passed smog, im in the process of swapping out my D16A6 for the B18A1 its a plug and play deal i got an 90 civic Si, I got the complete swap for $400 trans, axels, etc.

Don't know if I'd go as fas as to call it plug and play. Keep in mind to swap a B series into an EF you'll need custom motor mounts and shift linkage.

Poor Cali guys, Ive gotten away with no cats, exhaust ending before cabs no mufflers, just buy paying someone off. Enough smog coming out the motor to kill 3 people.

I feel for you Cali guys

But like everyone else said get rid of the 2 injector garbage, its a start to see if u wanna go through the rest of the hassle.

Do an MPFI swap as outlined in the FAQ and then install a stealthy nitrous kit.
