Default Integra Owners w/ Kids....

I have a kid on the way and have talked about selling my GSR. The car is nearly mint and I know how hard they are to come by these days, so its killing me to sell it. So my question is how many of you teg guys (2 door) have kids/babies. I'm about to be a father and just curious to how big of a bitch its going to be to pull the kid in and out as I will be doing the majority of the commuting as I'm the first to leave and get home everyday...

Any info would be great...

The infant seat (rearward facing) will restrict the passenger seat position, especially for tall passengers. I never did this, but I did consider getting the center belts from another car and mounting the infant seat in the rear center position.

I do it with my son all the time. He is 2 now. I'm used to getting him and out. It's not too bad, only car I have for now until I save up some money and get another one.

no biggie man
I have two girls, with the first one it was easy. a rearward facing seat behind the passenger seat & the mom next to the baby, behind the driver seat for a year. it feels like you're a cab driver but it beats selling my baby(my gsr). now with my second girl that was tough. I have another one coming but this time i'm selling my wife's 91 mr2, the teggy is staying

Thank you for the reply. Me personally am 6' 2" so putting the kid in the middle is going to really shorten me up as well, as we would probably have to probably move both seats up. My wife is short but I'm not sure how I would feel about her sitting that close to an airbag... HMMMM I guess I might have to sell the car , or maybe the wife

Thanx to everyone else on the comments, we will be watching my neice this weekend so I might give it a try w/ putting her in the back seat and getting her in and out...

Two kids here, I never had the rear facing seat in this car. It wasn't a problem in the civic, but I'm not 6' tall either. Maybe you should get a carseat and see how it fits, then decide. Or you could trade it for a DC4.

my daugher is 3 now and she can get in the car by herself. but i hate having to take the infant car seat in and out because there is no damn room, its a tight fit. i would suggest a four door gsr!!! but thats MHO.
