Eh, I wish they were a stiffer spring rate, but they are good for daily driving. I'll be dumping them as soon as I have the cash for a better coilover setup.

Holy crap. I'm on S Tech's and I've got a little more than a finger width gap. I get a lot of compliments on the stance, and it does look very nice. My car is just low enough that the lip will just barely barely rub a curb if I pull up too far.

keep the stock springs and buy a set of Koni yellows and install on the lowest perch setting.....
nice drop and you get an adjustable setting shock

I am using Eibach sportlines with Koni yellows. Had to put the perches on the highest setting to solve rubbing issues with summer wheels. 205/50/15's on 15x7 works. It would rub at high speeds on corners, and couple turns on Nurburgring. Koni also makes and adjustable collar for the yellows.

The ride isn't to hard compared to stock with the 195/55/15's, and the struts on their softest setting.

i got old school RS-Rs and my ITR stock shocks.
i dig it.. good for daily use.
Skunks are good too. i guess the main question is what are your plans for the R. everyone would be able to help a lot more.

These two would be my choice
My dream "reasonable price" sussy setup would be the TEIN N1 damper, or Mugen / Showa N1 damper with some Swift 12K f, and 14K r, springs
