Default OEM Valve seals question

this is a message a friend sent me when i was asking about getting all my seals done for my head:

make sure when you get the valve seals from honda to get the NOC seals not the arai seals. Honda used two manufacturers for the h22 seals and one of them was very prone to leaking. Even on my build, the one type leaked but the other was fine. Have a look and double check on honda tech which one cause it was a while ago and I might have them backwards.

So which is the good seals?

Do not use OEM Valve Seals. The new ones that Honda switched to are definitely leak prone. I just replaced mine and got Supertech seals per the reco of many people. These are the ones http://cgi.ebay.com/SUPERTECH-...wItem .

I'm not going to prove to you anything. 98vtec uses them and so do a lot of other people. If you had searched in the first place you would have found out what you needed to know and more.

my god why does everyone on this forum **** there pants on every post made. I swear half of you guys are going to have heart attacks at early ages. You take "prove it" as some sort of an insult. Its you guys that keep stating in every single thread "WHERE are the dyno sheets to PROVE IT" Where is the PROOF!" "i'll BELIEVE IT once i see some PROOF"

Sorry for wondering what seals i needed. If that search engine is so easy, you search for it and tell me. I can't wrap my head around how retarded that thing is. You have to know what was in the title originally for anything to come up.... and since i don't spend my life on this forum and haven't been here forever how am i suppose to know what was in the original title.

I swear once my build is done i am off to preludepower forever. This site is a great place for information but the users are just so stuck up.

POINTS DEDUCTION PLEASE
