tried adjusting idle screw, no change, b16 in 96 civic

Default tried adjusting idle screw, no change, b16 in 96 civic

as the title says. i unplugged my iacv, jumped service connector, and any way i turn the screw on the throttle body, there is no change in idle. i idle at 1k sometimes a little higher.

what could be the problem?

need more info what cel is it throwing if any have u checked for vacuum leaks

spray carb cleaner and see if car dies etc
