ITR has different rear shocks and sway bar mounts.

The ITR shock mount to the LCA is different than your LS shock mount. The springs would work on ITR shocks.

Part 44 vs part 15.

Wow..

Lets make this easy, why do you even want to put Type-r LCA's on your car?

Unless you have busted ones, and you're getting a special deal,
or for some other unknown reason to us that seems to make sense?

If you really want to put the Type-r LCA's on, you need Type-r shocks, simple as that.
And yes, you can swap your springs right over to the Type-r ones.

The only reason to use ITR rear LCA's is if you want to run a specific suspension setup that is only made for ITR's and not for non-R Integras.
