Default info on jackson racing supercharger for D16Y7

hello guys!
I was wondering if anyone knows how much HP and torque gains are expected from this kit.

http://www.supercharger.com/Sh...33370

Stock D16Y7 has about 106 hp
Thanks in advance.

Jay

be better off doing an ls swap, least you'd have a better starting point.

Why in the hell would you want to do anything except remove the stock engine....

You can turbo or supercharge a D but whats the point if your planning on modifiying it heavily, your better starting with a B or H..
Yes if you really want for whatever reason you can turbo or sc it but for the price of that thing new I would rather swap to a b16 or 18..just my $0.02...

shietzz forr 500 bucks try it. better than buying i/h/e for your stock d series. but you would probably end up upgrading your exhaust system with FI anyway. lol

almost 40whp for $500... why wouldn't you do it???

I have a JRSC LS, i had a sohc civic and was looking for an LS engine when i ran into a guy selling an LS car, so i traded him the civic and $2000 extra and got me a sweet LS... I already had the supercharger from my CR-V... So i just put it on the LS cuz its the same kit. and its also the same blower that comes with the sohc kit...

Dont listen to what people say about the jrsc being ****... i quite enjoy it, and thats with i,h,e, 450DSM inj, Hondata S200, crower 402 cams, and soon to be 25 dry shot of N20 (just to cool things down, but the extra 20odd hp is a bonus.)
I just have the stock blower kit on now, but will add all the fuel management soon, when i have enough money to pay for tuning lol. All up i think i must have spent about 2500-3000,and i hope to see around the 200HP mark... and about 165tq...

but yeah if you can pick up a jrsc for $500 i say dont hesitate... the instant trq is awesome and response when you down gear is amazing for street and daily driving fun...imo.
