Fuel Pump Problem

Fuel Pump Problem
I drive a 98 civic dx with a stock b16. Whenever I prime the car, the fuel pump cuts on but never cuts off. I've searched and searched but all I see is that the fuel pump never primes. I haven't seen any problems with it never cutting off. I have no idea what the problem could be. Any help would be awesome. BTW it's a stock fuel pump.
