well im going in tommoro for emissions, i drive a 1998 integra ls coupe, i was wondering if you guys think i will pass without have an axle back muffler, i still have an exhaust with cat and all that, just no muffler, would i still be able to pass?

tough call. even though it helps with sound im unsure if the backpressure difference will contribute to the crap it puts in the atmosphere...

I agree with iheartdsees man.. it doesnt take that long to put it back on. Incase you know safe you time and money. lol you can always find out go try it out and see if u pass . and let me know cuz if it does im gonna take mine off

 

back pressure at 25 MPH does not count for anything, that should be the max speed they do the inspection, BUT, I do not know if its part of your states pre inspection for required OEM equipment or if your area tests for db but I am sure its not that loud.
