what kind of transmission fluid to put in to a b16a transmission?

what kind of transmission fluid to put in to my b16a transmission? or should i just stick with the honda one?

I'd stick to Honda MTF, I used aftermarket once (B16A2/S21) and got burned. Synchos stopped synching, and my ISB has never been the same.

oem honda fluid or motul if you beat on it alot.
