Yup, you just need a Momo hub adapter for a DC2.

Its just a std momo wheel with maybe some custom stitching with a honda horn
button. I have the NSX Type-S wheel(momo monte carlo) i just need the horn
button

what i'd do: buy the momo wheel of my choice, have an upholstery shop restitch it in red, source an acura center cap. voila! NSX-, RSX-, whatever-type R steering wheel, for half the price.

 

yes MOMO is in yellow below the horn button (is that a horn button or just a center cap?)
