I've own Civics and other thin light econo cars that I've mod. If one does not do the exhaust right, it will drone. The drone becomes an issue. Part of the problem is that these lower price cars are not that insolated. It's not a luxury car.

Are exhaust drone more forgiving on better insolated cars? Answer is probably yes. I'm sure many of you TL owners used to own Civics, for example.
