Default Engine looses power about 6500rpm?

I have a fully built d16y8, see below for details, and after I broke it in and what not, I finally decided to put the turbo on and see what I was working with so I was getting on it and at about 6500rpm it starts missing. At first I thought it was detonation relating to the turbo or that it had something to do with the timing being advanced too much. In the meantime the seals in my turbo go out and I take it off and I'm running around N/A for now and it's still doing the samething. So I put the dizzy straight up and down and no change. What could it be? I'm thinking about getting a new dizzy cap, rotor button and coil to see if that fixes it.

Setup:

d16y8
Eagle H Beams
Vitara Pistons
OEM bearings and seals
Crower valvesprings and retainers
Zex stage 2 street/strip cam
AEM cam gear
AEM fuel rail
B&M FPR
RC 550s (when boosted, stock 240s now)
Crome p28 (when boosted, stock now)

Have you checked your plugs? They could be fouled from the added gas when you were running the turbo.

Wait wait wait! First things first. What ECU are you running and is it OBD1 because I hear/read that if you build/turbo you need to revert to OBD1 and some kind of tuning software. Then, take it somewhere and have it professionally tuned for your setup.

Wires are brand new OEM Honda wires...probably gonna look at changing all the other stuff though!

If you would read it says "running NA for now". I have the stock 240cc injectors in as well as the stock ECU.
