Im trying to figure out what is the estimate hp output with a d16y8 with crower stage 2 cam , valve spring and retainers, plus a aem cam

 

If its a stock engine and you are just replacing springs and a stage 2 cam, I wouldnt think you would get a lot of extra HP. Maybe 5-15HP extra. Youll have to do some extra mods to the intake, and ECU to really increase a fair amount. Or throw on a turbo. That can boost power quite a bit. But if you do add a turbo, make sure you replace your rods with something stronger than stock. Id go with Eagle rods, and maybe some racing pistons.
