Great option. If you're on more of a budget you can just pick up the whole knuckle assemblies from a DA Integra. Same idea and likely a fair bit cheaper, but it'll give you a bit more positive camber (which might be a good thing anyways if you're lowered).

in a 90 civic hatchback, unless you've swapped out your knuckles...you've got DX knuckles (which can be found on 88-00 civic), which use 9.4" front rotors. one of your upgrade options for your 90 civic hb is to swap 90-91 civic ex knuckles, this will give you a bigger caliper & a 10.3" rotor...good luck sourcing those, they're expensive & rare. you'll need an alignment when you're all said & done.
one of the best upgrades for DX knuckles is using type-r calipers w/o an expensive 5-lug conversion. you can swap itr calipers onto your DX knuckles w/ 10.3" front rotors. the integra type-r calipers are stamped 17CL15VN & are one of the biggest one-piston calipers honda makes & uses a big brake pad. the 17cl15vn calipers can be found in junkyards (older model accord, cl, tl, rl, vigor, prelude, legend, cr-v, odyssey, etc). upon obtaining ther itr calipers, you'll need to seperate the caliper & the bracket (which is stamped 23T or 25T). the brackets will need to be sent to a machine shop & milled 2-3mm (or 1/8") in order to clear the offset of the rotor. the rotors can easily be sourced @ any parts store cheaply off-the-shelf, from 90-01 integra, 90-91 civic ex, or 99-00 si. your stock master cylinder will need to be upgraded to a 1" or 15/16" since you'll need more fluid to push the bigger piston, a master cylinder from a 90-91 civic ex will work well on your 90 civic hatchback.
if you ever decide to dump your DX knuckles, & upgrade to bigger knuckles (such as the 90-91 civic ex or 90-00 integra), you can used the machined 23T brackets w/ 17cl15vn itr calipers on 11" rotors (which can be found on +97 prelude and re-drilled to 4X100).
the milled 23T brackets will also work w/ the itr 17cl15vn calipers, legend gs 2-pot caliper & the nsx calipers as well.

i tryed using some 98 integra knucles/rotors/caliper( whole fromt brakes)onto my 91 civc si. i bolted the knuckle up to my upper comtrol arm and now i got this bad this really bad camber and toe problem, my ride was dropped like 1.5 inches. i plan to take them of and put on the old ones! would the DC rotor/calipers fit my ef knucles or will they fit DA or Ef ex civic ones!!!!!!!!!!!!! thanks

No.
The DA knuckles don't "give you positive camber."
They are taller than EF knuckles, so they change the suspension geometry, creating a much more aggressive dynamic camber curve up front since the upper control arm starts out at a greater angle to the lower control arm. Thus, camber will be more positive than stock in droop, but more negative than stock in compression.

The DA and the EX use the same exact 10.3" rotors and 17CL14VN calipers as the '94+ Integra - the only difference is the caliper bracket, which takes a different brake pad backing plate (FMSI D409 former vs. FMSI D617 latter).
Just get the complete EX knuckles and install those.

if only there were so many of those around...
i got a right hand side EX knuckle but no left....
btw, this setup on a DA knuckles makes things interesting...
https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=2151632 i dont think a 15" wheel will work tho. stock AP1 is 16".

Fastbrakes is no hassle and you can keep your dx knuckles!!!
All you need is:
fastbrakes adapter kit
integra calipers and brackets
11.1" rotors 4x100
done deal! No rubbing, no hub swapping!
I did it with my b16 swap. Easy install too
