For those of you that have read my earlier posts about my incident with a dumptruck (while parked) , I have some good news. Tomorrow morning (Thurs.) I get to pick up my car from the body shop!! They called tonight, but I was on my way to work so now I play the waiting game. I can't wait to turn in my rental car!! Enterprize gave me a POS 2002 Grand Am V6 Ram Air. I absolutely hate it. It guzzles more gas, has less hp, has no leather, and is no where near as good looking as a 4th gen Prelude. If there was a word for the sound of me puking I would type it . I'll post pix from before and after when I get it tomorrow. G'night guys, I'm off to not sleep like I'm a 9 year old on Xmas eve.

 

Well, she's home and resting in the garage now. I'm about to take her outside to take a few pictures of the completed work. One thing that was weird when I got her back was when I went to raise the hood to look at the A/C condensor I went to put the prop bar in the hole and it wasn't in it's normal spot. The hood was a genuine Honda OEM part because I got it for the shop at discount from my friend at the dealer. We ordered a 1995 hood, so I'm wondering if they changed hoods mid-year? I also wonder if it's heavier or lighter, I couldn't really tell. It's not that big of a deal yet it was strange enough for me to notice. Any ideas?
