Default Need machine shop on East Coast

I need to find a machine shop on the east coast that can perform the factory honing procedure. I tried http://www.justiceracingengines.com/, but he said that his guy has retired/sold his equipment, and he doesnt know anyone that will do the H series. Does anyone know anyone else?

Jim didn't retire the machinist that did H series factory sleeves did!

I spoke with precisionh23a via email. He also said that he doesn't know of anyone.

Lucas,

Unfortunately we do not work with the factory sleeves or honing them. It is rather difficult finding a reputable machine shop to work with these sleeves as well since a special honing stone is required and you never get a 100% true hone.

Lucas,
I'm assuming you need the stock FRM cylinders bored/honed. My guy that performed this at his shop has retired/sold equipment. I've been looking around the area but no one really wants to deal with it. They rather sleeve it. The process is labor intensive and they can't make any money on it so they don't want to invest in it.
Sorry I can't help. If I do find someone/shop I will post on H-T.
Jim

Jim did my engine over the summer, he is the man. I am glad I got to him before he moved even further from me. He is the only one I could find around here.
