If you dont know what a longer runner is then you probally should research a little bit more cause on here your going to get burnt and you should also do the research so you know what the hell you are doing to your car.

the intake runners are the tube lookin things that go to the ports of the cylinder head. As for which manifold one is better for you? Just rememeber that volume is horsepower, velocity is torque. That rule applies to everything whether it be a cold air intake, or exhaust, etc.

ok more discription i got a b18 bore and stroked to a 2.0 sleeved from golden eagle trying to push about 20psi t3/t4 turbonetics top half(the head)stage2 port and polished with everything type r. so im trying to find the difference between a victor x and a performance x to best fit my car best because i hear those would probably be the two best for my applications...
Personally I would check out Skunk2 first. The difference between the performance x and victor x is basically RPM ranges.
The Performance X is the same stock power band 4500-8200, and the Victor X is more race orientated giving more power from 7k-10,000rpm. In your case I would go with the performance X only because you'll have some more give at lower rpm's for some extra help spooling.
It also all depends what cams you are using too.
