HELP! VTEC head???

i have a b20z vtec. and my motion sensor is broken, so it makes a clicking noise..
what do you think i should do?
.swap a new head?
.or fix my motion sensor and keep the old head?
NEED HELP ASAP!

motion sensor as in halo where you see red dots running around as your enemies and yellow dots as your team mates?
