i have 2 code one is for Engine coolant temp and the other is TPS i use a test light and test the ECT it has no power but the TPS does i also switch a new tps from a friend car and it still doing the same thing i also use a volt meter to check the middle wire it said 4.95 that close and WOT it doesnt move so what can i do now ? my iacv also make humming noise is that normal i try to unplug the TPS it have no effect please help thank
