i'd go with a used equal length manifold from a reputible company in order to keep the manifold cost down and not be forced to run a log mani to stay in budget. also the gt32e is a great turbo for the street for the price!!
go full 3" exhaust with a resanator and a straight through design muffler
wideband is not necessary once the car is tuned, don't waste your $$ on it unless you plan on constantly making changes and re tuning it yourself
