some people cut the side of the valvecover for their camgears, is it necessary to do it or juz showing off? how can u tune your engine with a adjuztable camgears? do u need a vafc or other electronic stuffs? juz trying to educate myself here.

Hrm.
Firstly, you and I both know that the "z"s you used in that post are not correct. Nobody here likes to read that ebonics, lazy fingers ****. So next time, learn to type like an educated being or be smitten.
Secondly, you know that "electronic stuffs" makes no sense at all. Again, learn some grammar, or go away altogther.
Now, cutting off the side of the valve cover is done so that you can adjust the cam gears without having to remove the entire valve cover every time.
You do not need to do this for any other reason.
Adjusting cam timing can have an effect on your fuel curve, so tuning would be necessary. You'll need to schedule time on a dyno with a tuner to tune them.
If you need information on tuning or any other "electronic stuffs" search for the prelude tuning thread. There is plenty of info out there.
