well no. The fuel pump will pump MORE fuel. It will not make your car run richer or leaner if it's allready running right. The amount of fuel sprayed is regulated by fuel pressure and injectory duty cycle. If the pump pushes out more volume, the FPR will regulate the pressure. The injectors will only open to the ECU's set duty cycle regardless or fuel pressure or anything else. The ECU does not monitor fuel pressure.
The reason to get a fuel pump is if the injector cycle is long enough and the fuel pressure is high enough...but you cant get enough volume.
If your car is running rich, it's getting too much fuel.
The reason for that might be that your 450cc injectors are not tuned correctly. Your ECU still thinks it has stock injectors unless it is tuned for 450ccs. The injector duty cycle needs to go down since the 450cc injectors spray much more fuel in the same period of time as compared to the stock injectors.
Imagine you're the ECU:
You're trying to spray a bucket with half a quart of water. You usually do this with a garden hose and you know the amount of water that comes out of a garden hose per second.
You dont know whether you have a fire hose or a garden hose in your hand. You tell someone to open the nozzle for 2 seconds because you KNOW from prior experience that with a garden hose, you will fill up just about half a quart in 2 seconds. With a fire hose, you could spray a gallon in 2 seconds.
But if someone tells you that you have a fire hose in your hand instead of a garden hose...you will tell the nozzle guy to open the nozzle for very little time to get the desired amount of water.

Well some sort of engine management. Hondata is a good choice, but there are others.

hondata is very great!!... I have one those. it's has red line is 9,000 because it's help u engine safe. Most I use 8,200 red line....my engine not break it up.. hondata very help!!
