Default Code 67 Catalytic Converter

I'm getting Code 67, which I believe is the catalytic converter. I noticed that starting at the top of the upper O2 sensor there is a hairline crack in the exhaust manifold that runs about three or four inches long. Could this crack be causing my Code 67, or is it definitely my cat?

There was a Honda bulletin about cracked downpipes on the y7.
I cant seem to find it now..... If no one else can pull it up, the dealership can give you information about the TSB

I'm thinking of using Ultra Copper gasket maker (supposedly good for exhaust manifold gaskets) to try and seal up this crack. I'd get it welded but that would mean welding my O2 sensor right in there, and since the manifold and cat look to be all one piece that would be a brutally expensive piece to replace. So if I gum some of that gasket maker on there and pull the negative off the battery to reset the code, this should tell me if the crack is my problem, correct?

Not quite a recall...
