Default tps sensor help

Ive got a b16, its throwing the tps CEL.
I changed it but still have it.
So i tested it .5v closed, and 4.5-5v full throttle.
So i know it works, but i still get a code-7 and a high idle.
Any suggestions on what to look for to fix it.

Did you reset the ecu after adjusting it??

If you have a high idle that is steady turn down your screw!

Yes i reset the ecu tested the tps everything, it still throws the damn code, on the dash and ecu led..

My screw is all the way it the lowest idle for the tb and it sits at 2.2k, its really anooying and hard to start my car. It idles at 3k but after the fast idle goes down (after it warms up) it sits at 2.2k. Really loud and annoying and wasting gas!
My vacuum lines are all correct.
I have no leaks....Any ideas?

FITV could be jammed in the open, causing a high idle. Mine was intermitant, cause idle to slowly go from 750 to 2000rpm and back.

i doubt that is because when my car hits the half way warm up mark on temp gauge, i can clearly hear the car idle down a bit. but still way to high.
