i got a 90 crx dx with a b20z in it. i had a b16 in it and wired it myself and run fine. since i installed the b20 it will not rev past 3 grand it sounds like its on a launch control. any ideas on what could be causin this? im running a obdo ls computer in it. the ecu is throwing code 9,15,and 16. i fixed code 9 but have no clue what 15 is?

 

A friend of mine had the same problem. One of the wires he had redone on the distributor plug had came undone. I hope this helps.

 

your in limp mode. solve the codes and you will be fine.
16 is injectors.
15 is ignitoion output signal.
check your wiring and try using another dizzy.

it's ur wiring or ur dizzy for sure.

 

its your injectors. my friends tegg did the same exact thing and the computer told it basically not to let it rev past 3 so it wont hurt anything and is there white smoke out the back

 

get a new ignitor

What injectors are you running, do you have the resistor box still. Also what dist. are you running?
