um no... the pr4 is the obd1 92-93 Integra ecu (there is nothing jdm about it!) and the obd1 p75 is 94-95 Integra, you can use either one. however I personally prefer the 94-95 p75 because it was made for a b18b1 not a b18a1 but they both work

yeah ur right there isnt nothin jdm about it, but what works best is what im saying,
jdm b18b comes with the pr4 manifold (all the ones ive seen) which runs better with the pr4 ecu.
pr4 for jspec b18b
p75 for usdm b18b1

Well it can be confusing because there are pre-OBD PR4 ECUs, and OBD2 P75s - neither of which will work!
Check this:

Basically find either a PR4 or P75 provided that they each have the OBD1 type plugs.
There are no discernable differences between the OBD1 PR4 and P75.
Hell a stock Civic DX 92-95 P06 Dx ECU will actually run an LS engine quite well as evidenced by some dyno comps I've seen here on H-T back in the day.

ya I ran a po6 with a jumper harness on my 99 cx with a 98 Ls and it ran real good, but I didn't know if it would hurt the engine so I got a p75. Should I put the p06 back you think?

Then you need a P74/P75 ECU, an OBD-1 LS style Distributor and a set of OBD-1 fuel injectors. If the engine wiring harness you are using has a fuel injector resistor box connector on the driver's side, you will need to join ALL FIVE wires in the plug together to bypass it. Done.
