Default Header Heat

what should i do to avoid all that heat coming from the header to the top engine bay? i notice it gets really hot after putting in the performance header. Should I buy those heat wrap or whatever from the the auto store and wrap the pipes? give me some advice here...

either buy some heat wrap or make some sort of a heat shield like your stock one but for the new manifold.
