crazy man, feel for ya !! Pretty ballzie for a dude or dudes to go to your BACKYARD and jack your bike.

I have mine in the backyard also, but its hella hard to walk the bike out without getting stuck beside the house and the fence. I tried a couple and ended up needing my brother to help get the fence loose to free me

i would really rather just have a meeting with the thief rather than have the bike back at this point

Not if you make it seem like your life was directly in danger

i found broken parts to my ignition lock on the ground this morning, the gate is very narrow that you have to take it through to get it out of the yard

X2. Sorry bout the loss thieves seem to be getting bigger ***** going into a backyard to jack a bike thats gutsy.

Some states (like mine thank god) have the make my day law however that pertains to someone if they break into your house and you feel like your life is in danger you have the right to blow them away without facing "CRIMINAL" charges you will more than likely be sued the hell out of in a civil suit being in your backyard would fall under trespassing and probably would not exepmt you from the make my day law.

well back in 03 when i lived in miami, there was a 15 yr old kid trying to steal my car. i got a hold of him and kicked the crap out of him. only i also got arrested and did 5 days in jail for strong arm battery, assault with a deadly weapon, and hitting a minor. judge threw it out saying the kid deserved it.
