whats the condition of the rims/tires, aslo do they come with center caps?

 

The rims are in good condition, i dont buy stuff thats messed up.. the tires have a lil camber wear but could be driven for a while.... there is one back tire that is worn but still has a lil tread, thats how i bought them.
