code 21 WTF? EF sedan with OB1 P06 and crome

Default code 21 WTF? EF sedan with OB1 P06 and crome
I looked up the code and it says its vtec speed spool solenoid. hmm, im not sure what that is. What do i need to disable in crome so this doesnt keep coming up?

Its your vtec selnoid next to your dizzy! I take it vtec does not engage?????
