I bought Koni Sport shocks over 5 1/2 years ago and have had H&R Sport springs, Ground Controls with 380/450 rates (probably stiffer than Neuspeed Race) and now stock ITR springs on the lowest Koni perch, and my Konis are still going strong with well over 150K miles on them. So yeah, I'm sure they will last plenty long, probably longer than any other off-the-shelf shock you could buy.

I have Koni yellows with Neuspeed sport springs and their 9+ years old, still running however not running strong. It should be time for a re-valve.
