Bushing and SK2 short shifter problem

Bushing and SK2 short shifter problem
So I replaced the bushings (2) the front round one that is 2 parts with the insert
and the rear bridge looking one and now i have one extra a bit round one (not sure where it goes) I put the shifter in and at first it was great tight shifting with no side movement when in gear but after like 2 days I get side movement as bad if not worse than before... went under the car and everything looks tight any ideas?
